When it comes to local organic farming, Biver Farms is a name that rings out across farmers markets in the region—and for good reason. Known for their quality, consistency, and incredible diversity of crops, Biver Farms has long been a staple of the local food scene. That’s why we were thrilled to welcome them as a partner for InterRooted.

Located right here in Edwardsville, Biver Farms holds the distinction of being the only certified organic small farm in our area. Their certification reflects years of dedication to regenerative practices, soil health, and chemical-free growing methods—a commitment that aligns beautifully with our own values and mission.

From the height of summer through early fall, our harvest boxes are filled with vibrant produce grown by Biver Farms. Their fields offer a rainbow of crops: sweet cherry tomatoes, shishito peppers, patty pan and zephyr squash, juicy slicing tomatoes, heirlooms, eggplant, beets, kale, cabbage, fresh basil, blackberries, and more. Whether it’s a bundle of just-picked onions or a pint of sungold tomatoes bursting with flavor, their produce brings a vibrant taste of the season to every box.
