About Us

Launching for our Inaugural Season, Summer 2025!
Delivering the best of local farms direct to your doorstep in the greater Edwardsville, Illinois area.

From Then...

Our farmland north of Edwardsville has now been carried through four generations. This aerial shot from 1968 displays the farm at its height of production with diversified livestock and row-cropping.

To Now...

In 2025, with revitalized passion, Jacob and Adamm cultivated new plots on the family farm to grow fresh vegetables for InterRooted Farms. We are committed to sustainable farming practices of no-till, drip irrigation, organic composting, and never using synthetic chemical sprays or fertilizers.

Jacob Paul, Co-Owner

Growing up near his fourth-generation family farm, Jacob has always held passions for the natural world, gardening, and land stewardship. These passions led him to obtain a B.S. in Animal Sciences from the University of Missouri and, later, an M.S. in Horticulture & Human Health from Colorado State University.

Studying how sutainable, local agriculture can lead the way to improve public health, Jacob was inspired to scale-up his vegetable production and "grow" InterRooted Farms.

Adamm Hockman, Co-Owner

Though new to the agricultural world, Adamm understands the importance of local food to foster food security and resilient communities.

He obtained a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics and an M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Miami (FL). His logistically-minded brain ensures InterRooted runs smoothly, from vendor relations to doorstep delivery.

InterRooted Commitment: All produce and farmgoods sold and delivered will originate from InterRooted Farms and/or partnering local farms within 30 miles of Edwardsville, Illinois.

*Delivery service will initially be limited to the following towns: Edwardsville, Glen Carbon, Hamel, Worden, Holiday Shores, Maryville, Collinsville, Granite City, and Troy, with more locations arriving in the future. Outside of this area? Contact us!
