The organic heirloom flour is good. We have only made two small loaves of bread, and are still experimenting. I think it is a winner. Amazing that is was milled a day or two before we received it! Cool!

Love the concept! I feel like I am on Chopped when I get my bags. I am going to provide some constructive feedback below, but overall, you are providing a great service to the community, and I hope your busibess just keeps flourishing!

Some improvements: 1) I sure wish you would offer a pickup day for those who don't live far away. 2) I kind of cringe seeing so many biodegradable bags, but I get it if you are sourcing from other farms. 3) And the cute green bags are, well, cute. I would feel better getting brown paper bags, or coming to pick up with my own bags.
